What we collect
When you fill out our booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, current home/delivery address, new delivery address, and move date. This is the information we need to schedule your crate delivery and pickup.
Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number.
Why we collect it
We use your information to schedule deliveries and pickups, calculate distance-based delivery fees, process your payment, and send booking confirmations and reminders.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with Stripe (for payment processing) and our transactional email provider (to send confirmations and reminders). We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for our business and tax records. If you would like us to delete your personal information, contact us and we will handle it as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We only use the cookies and local storage needed to operate the site and process your booking.
